I am a Businessman for more than two decades and have been a top producer for various reputable home builders throughout the greater Houston area and its surrounding counties.
I help people make wise investments and I make leasing/buying/selling a home easy, affordable, and profitable. I am into helping people realize and live the American dream through home ownership. We handle import-export operations and facilitate the trade of goods and commodities between domestic and foreign companies; and between manufacturers and end-users. Depending on our client's needs, we work as a screening provider; we search for and locate buyers; and serve as an extension of the company’s export marketing and sales efforts.
I am also a multi-awarded community leader and a well-respected Houston volunteer. As Chairman of the Advisory Council of the Filipino-American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Houston, its founder, and president-emeritus, and as Vice-President for Global Outreach International Affairs of the Federation of Filipino American Chambers of Commerce, it is my pride and honor to help connect members of the Filipino community with the international community and to open doors of opportunities for trade, business, investments, and humanitarian endeavors.

I am an educator by profession. I teach at-risk, minority, first-generation, college-bound students. I am a STEM specialist and my area of concentration are life science, science research, and bioengineering. My many years in education and research together with my exposure to thousands of students from all walks of life and from different nationalities have taught me that human nature is very malleable; that everyone is capable of learning and making something of themselves. When we provide people with opportunities for advancement and when we build capacities -- they rise to the occasion.
When we show people possibilities, they learn to dream and aspire for greater things.
My involvement in business was inspired by my work in education and community service. A productive citizenry is the backbone of a nation’s economy. And business is the wheel that drives it. As president of the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Houston and as National Secretary of the Federation of Philippine American Chambers of Commerce, I represent a group of men and women who are committed to nation-building through business and trade. We promote entrepreneurship and we bridge local and international business opportunities.

As the Executive Assistant of LPR Global Enterprises, LLC playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and providing exceptional support to the team. My primary focus is to provide essential support to the company and by actively engaging. I aim to contribute to growth, success, development and progress of the organization.
I am committed to delivering high-quality administrative support, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring efficient operations within the organization.
With a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, I pursue to exceed expectations and contribute to the overall success and prosperity of the organization.
I aim to excellence proactive approach, taking initiative and commitment to support and aligned to the company's mission in a modest and dedicated manner. It is my endeavor to align my efforts with the company's vision, aiming to contribute positively to the growth and success towards sustainable growth, achievements, long-term success and progress of the company and the organization.
KEITH SAUNDERS
Keith Saunders is a concierge banker with 40 years of experience in the industry. He has represented major clients which included ADP, Equifax, the Chartered Bank of London, Merryll Lynch Mortgage, and Bank of America. He has extensive experience in letters of credit transactions and trust services. He has helped fund and close over 2 B dollars in funding commercial projects from master planned communities to golf course resort developments. He can orchestrate solutions to your business needs alongside an entire team of financial professionals. Unlike traditional financial advisors, concierge services go beyond basic investment advice and cover a wide range of financial services including tax and retirement planning, estate management, and risk management.
Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a certificate in Aerospace Studies from the University of Southern California. He has also served in the United States Air Force and is a member of USAA.
WILLY VERBRUGGHE
CHAIRMAN and C. E. O.
Willy was born in Belgium. He has been CEO of 6 Billion dollar International Industrial Manufacturing Technology companies and 4 Technology (non IT) startups in ten different industries. He has five Masters degrees (Electronics and Semiconductors; Nuclear Science Technology and Radioprotection; Finances, Business and Administration; International Sales, Marketing and Business Development; and Industrial Manufacturing Process Optimization.
He speaks 8 languages, lived in five different countries, and worked for twenty thousand people as a servant leader and has had manufacturing plants and service centers in over 186 countries around the world.. Thus, he has earned the nickname iMr. International.
He created more than $100 Million dollars of shareholder value per year for every large organization he has run as a leader. He has been the chairman of the Belgian Chamber of Commerce of Texas and the Southwest, the Chairman of the Mayor of Houston International Trade and Development Council, a founding member and Chairman of the World Chamber of Commerce of Texas, the Chairman of SCORE (Service Corps of Retired Executives) and the Co-Chair of Born Global. He is on the Board of 19 companies. He has been married for 45 years, and his family has lived in the USA for more than 30 years and in Houston for 20 years He has 3 children and 9 grandchildren. He is now a CSO or Chief Spoiling Officer enjoying his retirement.
EMIL BERNARDO
Emil has over four decades experience in advertising, sales and marketing, purchasing, business development, finance, and community development. He started his career in the retail operations, store management and marketing – working in advertising & sales promotions.
In the US, Emil shifted his career to purchasing by being a buyer for Mediatech Inc., a Chicago based media production house with offices in Los Angeles and New York City. Clients included the TV powerhouse Oprah Winfrey and the McDonalds fast food chain. Emil was contributory in developing a consolidated buying program for all three offices - applying JIT (Just-In-Time inventory) that saved 8-10% in costs by bulk buying from Sony, Fuji film products and by minimizing warehousing.
In the late 90's, Emil ventured into the non-profit small business community as Executive Director of the Asian American Alliance Small Business Development Center. The SBDC assisted small business owners through business counselling, business loan packaging, conducting business workshops, among other business services. One of Emil's principal functions was to prepare and write the grants. He was also a past president of the Bagumbayan Credit Union, the first Filipino American member owned credit union in the US.
In the early-2020's, Emil took on the challenge of starting and owning a small business consulting company that focused on assisting business start-ups in all areas of business development and in the buying and selling of small businesses. Emil is a volunteer and officer of the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Chicago and the Federation of Philippine American Chambers of Commerce.
Emil attended Colegio San Juan de Letran and the Ateneo University Master's in Business Administration program in the Philippines
